Personalized Fitness Plan-Each member will receive a fitness plan based on both personal goals and physical limits. We will work with you to incorporate things you love into a workout plan that fits into a real-life schedule. We help you set realistic and healthy goals. You will go over your results and progress online every two weeks and make changes as you move forward in your fitness journey. We believe that it does not take hours in a gym to maintain a healthy level of fitness. All it requires is a commitment to 30 minutes, three times a week right in your own home! You will have your own personalized web page to use to track your progress and results!
Personal Web Page- Each member will be set up with a personalized web page where you will track your fitness goals! Each plan also comes with instructional videos for each exercise. If you choose to take advantage of the fitness nutrition coaching, your nutrition plan that will follow your surgeon's guidelines will also be on this site and you can log meals each day. Logging all of this information will help your trainer to do your assessments every two weeks! There is also a message center on your page where you can stay in touch daily with your trainer in between consults! The great thing about the site is that you can use as many or as few of the features as you like and you can use it on your own time!
Personalized Fitness Nutrition Guidance- Erin Akey is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach who will work with you to be sure you are properly fueling your body and filling it with nutrient-dense foods that give you maximum energy and help you get to and maintain a healthy weight. Each person has different likes and needs and we will tailor a plan to fit YOU!
Online Support Group- Join your peers online twice a month for support and encouragement such as the sharing of ideas and strategies for staying on course on your weight loss journey. The meeting will be for one hour and will feature various moderators. Life is busy and we know that it is sometimes hard to make that local support group meeting. This is a great second line of support that you can engage in from the comfort of your own home!
Monthly Webinars From Industry Leaders- Once a month, you will be part of a webinar hosted by a different leader in the health, fitness, and weight loss industry. Presenters will be bariatric surgeons, nurses, psychologists, authors, plastic surgeons, professional athletes, chefs, and many others. This will be your chance to ask questions and get answers as well as learn more about their particular area of expertise.
Monthly Newsletter- Once a month you will receive a newsletter via email filled with tips, recipes, news articles, and other information to help with your journey. We will also feature inspirational stories from our members who are winning the fight day-by-day against obesity. There will be a community news section to alert you to charity events related to the fight against obesity that we endorse as a group.

Progress Assessment- Every two weeks you will have the chance to have your progress and goals assessed. This is the time when changes to goals and programs will be evaluated based on individual progress and needs.

This program was developed at the request of attendees to our Bariatric Breakthrough Challenge conference series from across the country who loved the programs and wanted more access than the one day a year at the conference provides. Overall health and wellness is so much more than just diet and exercise. It is our belief that we all need to incorporate the goals of eating properly, getting enough rest, getting enough exercise and making smart choices to put us on the right path. We focus heavily on family involvement and getting healthy as a family or as a group. Making good choices is always easier when there are others with you sharing the same things and also holding you accountable!
